Wayne and his excellent team have just refurbished a bungalow for us including supplying and installing a wet room and additional separate toilet and wash basin. This involved moving a Wall, removing existing bathroom fittings, fitting new ceiling, re-plastering and tiling both rooms I asked them to remove polystyrene tiles from two ceilings and this revealed damp patches.
When we decided to remodel and extend our bungalow we contacted an architect, Mr Bob Goodison, and he came and discussed what we wanted and produced our drawings.
