Kitchen & wet room refurbishment
Wayne and his excellent team have just refurbished a bungalow for us including supplying and installing a wet room and additional separate toilet and wash basin. This involved moving a Wall, removing existing bathroom fittings, fitting new ceiling, re-plastering and tiling both rooms I asked them to remove polystyrene tiles from two ceilings and this revealed damp patches.
