Hi Wayne just to thank you for the work you have just done for us. The garage is just what we wanted the team was very hard working and were out there whatever the weather we could not have asked for more, the work was efficient and the worksite kept very clean and safe. We decided that we would like to make our downstairs into more of a family living area, so our plan was to extend the kitchen. We then decided that if we were going to have some disruption why not do everything we wanted in one go, so we decided to add a 4th bedroom above the kitchen extension, refurbish and modernise the family bathroom and then convert the garage into a storage area, cloakroom with downstairs toilet and utility room.

Total Improvements Ltd was one of the builders we got in touch with. Wayne came and discussed our needs, made suggestions and gave advice.

The job that Total Improvements took on had many complications; however, Wayne and his team took on each and every hurdle they encountered as a challenge. His team are friendly, respectful and hard workers. They worked quickly, kept mess and disruption to a minimum and were helpful ….nothing was too much trouble.

We were very fortunate with the weather; the job started middle of September and completed for the end of November. This included the added extra work that was not discussed in the original meeting as a few changes were made along the way.

The site was managed carefully and kept safe and clean during the time they were with us due to our dog, our daughter and the neighbor’s children in the area playing outside

We would not hesitate to recommend Wayne and his team. We are more than happy with the work done and its completion to an extremely high standard.

Wayne and crew built a front extension for us in May 2010, the extension comprises of a cloak room w/c and an extension to the living room. We are pleased with it and everybody who passes comments about how good it looks. Wayne and his crew came when he when he they would, they were a great set of lads. As we were there throughout the build, I was able to ask many questions as I wanted and everything was thoroughly explained to me. Many Thanks to them all.

Total Improvements Limited carried out a full scale refurbishment of our home after the 2007 floods. The refurbishment was completed quickly without quality being sacrificed. The work was to a very high standard. They are punctual, hard working and organised. Mr Bursell is always polite and courteous to deal with and we certainly recommend them.
